As a counsellor I believe every individual has immeasurable value and the ability to grow, build resilience and gain tools to better cope with life’s circumstances and challenges.
Professional Experience
My work has also encompassed counselling highly marginalised clients with complex issues at a community centre and for many years I was the coordinator of a women’s crisis refuge. Additionally, I have many years’ experience supervising counselling students and in providing supervision and ongoing training for staff in organisations.
I utilise evidence based practises and provide interventions based on the client’s expressed issues, needs and goals.
I am passionate about supporting clients to overcome obstacles they are experiencing and collaboratively work towards their personal growth, satisfaction, and wellbeing.
