Our team of 25+ psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and therapists provides thoughtful, respectful care for individuals, couples, children, and families.
What makes Bridges distinctive is our careful client-matching process, broad range of experience, warm and professional team culture, and commitment to care that can include a Christian worldview where desired. With in-person, telehealth, and online counselling appointments, and a simple enquiry or phone consultation process, we aim to make it easier to find support that suits your situation.
Bridges Counselling supports individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families facing emotional, relational, mental health, trauma, parenting, and life-stage concerns. Our aim is to provide thoughtful, respectful care that helps clients feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward.

We make it simple to find the right support. You do not need to choose a therapist on your own — our intake team can help you understand your options and choose a suitable next step.
Fees vary depending on the practitioner and service. Medicare and private health rebates may apply, and lower-cost or free counselling options may be available for clients experiencing genuine financial hardship.
We also support eligible clients through NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, and Victims Services, and provide trauma counselling and onsite critical incident debriefing where appropriate.

Our team provides a range of counselling, psychology, therapy, and assessment services tailored to the needs of each client. We aim to offer care that is thoughtful, evidence-informed, respectful, and practical.

We provide evidence-informed counselling and psychological treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Our trauma-informed therapy offers safe, respectful support for people affected by trauma, helping clients regain stability, process painful experiences, and rebuild emotional and relational wellbeing.

Our couples therapy supports partners to identify patterns of conflict and disconnection, rebuild trust and communication, and strengthen emotional safety, intimacy, and commitment.

Our child and family therapy supports children, parents, and families to understand emotional and relational difficulties, strengthen connection, and develop healthier patterns at home and in daily life.

Our child and adult assessment services clarify cognitive, learning, developmental, emotional, and behavioural concerns, with practical recommendations to guide support, treatment, education, and next steps.

Our Christian faith-informed counselling offers professional therapeutic care that can thoughtfully integrate a Christian worldview, beliefs, and values where this is desired by the client.
