We employ Counselling Interns, who provide free counselling while completing their year long placement at Bridges Counselling.
Free Professional Counselling

Are you seeking free professional counselling?
- Are you studying and can’t afford counselling?
- Are you struggling to find counselling on a single income?
- Are you on a mental health care plan but find 10 sessions not enough?
Free counselling is available to people experiencing genuine financial difficulty, including Health Care or Concession Card holders, students and those between jobs, through warm, professionally trained and closely supervised counselling interns.
How does free counselling work?
Free counselling if you have genuine financial difficulties.
If you have a Health Care or Concession card, you are eligible. Or, if you have limited income for any reason, such as being a student or being in-between jobs.
