Professional Experience
I have worked as a Youth Minister in the Sydney Anglican Church for 12 years. This has given me a breadth of experience caring for teens and their families through diverse mental, emotional and spiritual issues. I have cared for teens and families experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and gender issues. Alongside this, I have 4 years experience as a school chaplain working with students from kindergarten to year 12. As you can see, I have first hand experience of life in Australian schools, and the unique challenges faced by students in the modern world.
Faith-based Experience
In addition to a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours, with University Medal), I have completed an Adv. Diploma in Theology through Anglican YouthWorks Bible College, and am a candidate for ordination in the Sydney Anglican Church. I am passionate about bringing psychology into harmony with faith and spirituality for my clients.
