Professional Experience
I have completed the core coursework for a Masters degree in counselling at Morling College. To cap off the degree, I am currently completing a one year internship as a Counselling Intern at Bridges Counselling.
I have a background in education, child development and parenting issues. I have worked with families for over 20 years as they navigate life parenting a child with a disability. This has included running workshops and information seminars for parents and professionals. I am committed to encouraging and facilitating more inclusive communities.
Faith-based Experience
In my personal and professional relationships, I seek to be sensitive and respectful of people’s values, faith, and culture. My own Christian faith underpins my way of being, as I seek to show care, compassion, grace and acceptance in my interactions and relationships with others. I have been actively involved in my local faith community for over 50 years.
