Rochelle has been counselling since 2003, working with teenagers, families and women. She has a special interest in trauma, emotionally focussed therapy and mentoring other counsellors. Professional Experience
My professional background has been in education, pastoral care and counselling. I have been counselling since 2003 and have experience working with a range of issues affecting youth, women and families.
I have experience in running workshops and seminars on various topics that are aimed at increasing awareness and promotion of mental health and wellbeing of young people, their parents, individuals, families, and communities. For example; ‘Positive Self Esteem and Body Image’ and ‘Healthy Communication and Relationships’, ’Dealing with Grief’, ‘Stress Management’ and ‘Resilience’.
