Professional Experience
Clare has experience supporting individuals, families, and communities across a range of clinical, pastoral, and cross-cultural settings. Her background includes nursing, pastoral care, counselling, and international ministry work, giving her a holistic understanding of emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellbeing.
She has provided crisis support, trauma-informed care, and end-of-life support for clients and carers, and has experience walking alongside people during periods of grief, uncertainty, and significant life transition.
Clare’s international experience includes leadership and pastoral work in Egypt, where she supported local church partners, refugees, and school communities through practical care, emotional support, and cross-cultural ministry.
She is currently completing a Master of Counselling at Morling College, building on her Graduate Diploma in Counselling and her nursing and community care background. Clare is trained in emotion coaching for teenagers, trauma-informed care, and cross-cultural pastoral support, integrating professional expertise with warmth, empathy, and cultural awareness.
